Bedrock Mobile Local Shaders For Mobile Acts Abnormal

When im using some shaders in the game, the shader while in water acts so abnormally, it overbrights and goes black like Java Edition invalid shader look. I test all of shaders that i have and all acts like this

i try to use bedrock fixer like Toolbox For Minecraft PE, Octopus, and still not working...
