My 1.16.40 Minecraft: Bedrock Edition randomly updated to the 1.16.200.53 Beta for no reason.
I am not apart of the beta and everything I looked at confirms this, this is a serious issue for me as I do development work as my source of income and I can't join any server in this version.
I've reinstalled the game in an attempt to get 1.16.40 back, however it installed the beta again anyway.

I'll also mention that I've not joined the beta in months, so it shouldn't be a time / waiting related issue.

this is putting a really big kink in my work.. I won't be able to buy myself dinner if it's still an issue by tomorrow
