When I use my Amazon Fire Game Controller on my Amazon device it doesn't work unless if I walk

Do you have a problem where you are walking and then using the right analog stick and the camera freezes and unfreezes. so you can't really turn when walking. You have to be sprinting, not moving or swimming in water to move your camera to turn.
