[MCPE-10554] Controller analog sticks don't work together as well. Please read for explanation.

The analog sticks on the controller work weird. When looking around and then while doing so move the directional movement analog stick it, stops and locks the analog stick for looking around until unmove the look around analog stick and re press it.

I can reproduce this problem as well using my SteelSeries Stratus XL Controller.
