[MCPE-105569] Shows 1.9.0 on what’s new page

When I go to how to play and go to what’s new it says 1.9.0 Update! Even tho I’m on 1.16.40 (and I’m on 1.16.100 in Nov 17th+)

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter)?
