Error in downloading minecraft for windows 10

Actully its not a bug, but I could not find anything that matched my problem.
I get an error when downloading minecraft for windows 10. I can download other apps but not minecraft. I tried:
Restarting
Resetting
Buying a new PC
Resetting Microsoft Store
Restarting Microsoft Store
Running troubleshooters
And everything I could find on the web...

Please help me
