Steps to reproduce:
1. Ride in a boat/minecart while FLYING.
2. Get out.
3. You will notice that the up/down arrows disappeared.

Sorry to bug you but I reported this bug before this one so its link to the wrong one. This is a duplicate too! But I don't really care but no one of you making the duplication comment about what I should had done which I did.
This bug has already been reported! Please go here -> (MCPE-10409) and make sure to do a quick search for your bug before just writing a duplicate ticket. Currently 51% of resolved tickets have been duplicates!
