Villagers sleeping on beds during the day, then sliding across them and dissapearing.

In A Plains village, I laid down many beds for villagers. I also fed some villagers bread to breed. After they bred, and the babies grew up, there were two villagers without jobs. Every villager was sleeping, except for the two without jobs. There were also empty beds. As soon as it turned day, the villagers without jobs went to bed in the day, turned black, And very quickly slid across the line of beds and disappeared. One went into the wall and the other disappeared at the end of the line of beds. I was unable to recreate this, and I would provide a video if I could. Some of the conditions were, Three block ceilings, Two lines of beds, One bell, And two lines of every type of workstation. I don't know if you need this, But the seed that this happened on is -1043146628. I have no other information about this bug. I also believe this happened on 1.16.100, but I am not sure.

Now half of my villagers have done this, Including the ones with jobs. I have not been able to watch it, But they just keep disappearing. I have lost about 20 villagers now. This Also seems to only happen on villages that have not been traded with, as I now only have 1 left, And it was the only one I traded with.
