/mixer command was shut down but it's still exist use

Mixer would no longer use this due to mixer was shut down but mixer commands still exists.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn on cheats mode.
2. Enter chat menu.
3. Type with "/mixer"

Observed Results:
/Mixer command still shows up from command menu.

Expected Results:
/Mixer command would've removed from command menu.
