[MCPE-10616] Item description not showing in inventory!

Can't see enchantments or just regular item descriptions ,such as cobblestone. I'm talking about my regular inventory not when I'm in a chest or a UI like a crafting bench.

We only accept tickets from 0.12.1+. If you can find this on 0.12.1 update your issue.

My ticket says clearly 0.12.1 when I hover over items in 0.12.1 the description of the item does not show. 0.12.1 is the current version right? That's what I'm playing on.

Does the tooltip flicker in and out as you move your mouse, like in MCPE-10512?

Yes sometimes , sometimes it doesn't appear at all in the first place.I have to equip item in hot-swap then actually put item in my hand. This includes all items.
