Unsure exactly what caused this, this happened on a PS4 world so I can't give the world download. Parrot has no owner and randomly flies around getting on anyone's shoulder and cannot be tamed using seeds. This is a snow biome so it is not a result of it spawning like this.

Could you upload a video of the issue? I could not reproduce it on my end, and since we know for now that repro is completely random, that would be hard to reproduce on another world.
