When i do my skeleton mob farm if a mob takes damage from falling into the kill chamber or from flipping their floor block from andesite to magma blocks, mobs will glitch outside of the kill chamber but still act as if they are within the chamber and teleport back into it.
Dont really have a screenshot for this one but recommended replication would be 24 mobs in a 1x1 kill chamber with a floor for the chamber that can switch between magma and a solid block.
