Villagers will sleep during the day and slide through blocks when sleeping

This happened as soon as I updated btw. Villagers will sleep randomly during the day and will slide out of the house, going through blocks entirely. The speeds at which they slide out of the house varies from slowly to going completely out of my render distance within seconds. If I were to walk into the bed that a villager (that has slid out of the house and is floating above ground on nothing) was sleeping on, the villager proceeds to slide according to how I move onto the bed.
