About a day after I updated to 1.16.100, I started noticing that I wasn't getting XP for doing things that should always give me XP, like killing mobs, fishing, disenchanting items, etc. I would occasionally get XP, but that should never be the case because I should always be getting XP from doing these things. You can see me collect XP bubbles, but my XP bar only went up once when it should've went up every time.
What I expected to happen: I expected my XP bar to go up every time I did an action that always gives XP.
What actually happened: My XP bar only went up once during fishing and disenchanting, which is not a supposed to happen.
