Raytracing Blurry textures, mipmap problem

Minecraft RTX Beta 1.16.30.57 had no problems at all on textures not even with DLSS.

Minecraft Beta 1.16.200.53/1.16.200.56 textures does not look good at all specially at windows and water even without DLSS.

it's like that in any raytracing texture pack 16x16, editing those textures from 16x16 to 1024x1024 seems to fix the problem for the distance but when viewing from a angle stills blurry so i guess it's a mipmap thing.

i couldn't find how to disable mipmap entirely to see if it looks any better without it.
