Steps to duplicate
1. Place down 2 gates side by side
2. Place a cobblestone or mossy cobblestone wall on the left side of the left gate.
3. Place a cobblestone or any other full sized block on the right side of the right gate.
Conclusion
The left gate is lower than the right gate.

EDIT: This isn't exactly the same bug but it still fits the ticket. The bug with opening gates that are connected to cobblestone walls do not not cause the gate to move up or down anymore BUT when 2 gates one connected to a cobblestone wall and one connected to a regular block will give you a result that looks like the pictures.
I think this works as intended since the fence gate is meant to be higher or lower depending on the conditions of the block it's connected to. I also did a test in MC PC and got the same result. Another way I see it is; If fence gates didn't adjust they would be to high or to low depend on the block their connected to but MCPE-11703 is definitely a bug.
