Villagers are sleeping on the ground. A child is also sleeping on ground. I cant wake them up.
They are not sleeping in beds.

We're tracking this issue in MCPE-101202, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate. While the summary for that ticket does mention being bumped, it can apparently happen with no obvious interaction and look like they are on the floor.
However, if you can provide information that does indeed show that they are really sleeping on the floor (ie, you can actually interact with / wake them at the sleeping location) and include a video if possible then feel free to create a new ticket.
If you would like to add a vote and any extra information to the main ticket it would be appreciated.
If you haven't already, you might like to make use of the search feature to see if the issue has already been mentioned.
