[MCPE-10702] Disable Auto Jump and Destroy Block (Vibrate) functions do not work.

The auto jump cannot be disabled even if it is turned off. The destroy block vibrate function hasn't worked since it was implemented! Please Fix! Playing IOS version 0.12.1.

Presently, the autojump and invert Y-axis options do not affect touch controls, only controllers. Please add any further comments to MCPE-9378.

Also, vibrate not working is a known issue with iOS devices.
