Villagers moving from beds when asleep.

Villagers lying horizontal (asleep) out of bed. Seems to occur if bumped but not necessarily. They move through walls and may end up half buried in blocks. The bed still seems to recognise someone is asleep on it despite nobody appearing to be in it. The villagers aren't able to be woken.
