on multiplayer, gave another player 6 diamonds, player gave them back, got 64 diamonds back.

I gave my sister 6 diamonds, she threw 6 back, I picked up 64.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

We could have missed the 4 in the 64 but it only happened once so I can't be for sure
