Summary
After the 1.16.100 update, I have issues with the Nether Portals. When I tried to activate the Nether Portal on the first attempt in the new generated creative world, I cannot activate the Nether Portal. But when I tried it the second time, the Nether Portal activates.
Steps to Reproduce:
Create a new world in creative mode.
Get some obsidians and a flint and steel.
Build the Nether Portal.
Try to activate the Nether Portal.
❌ Player cannot activate the Nether Portal on the first attempt.
