Invisible Boxes that Log me out

I found a similar issue but I wasn't able to find my issue so I hope this is still okay. One of my buildings in survival mode has three 'floors' with a ring of storage boxes around the edge of the 'floor'. I noticed this yesterday but assumed it was a lag. The second storage box on my left as I enter the door is half gone. Today I went to click on said box and found that half of my storage was in fact also missing. I even tried to put a new box down next to the existing box. This was when I found that both boxes are still there but one is invisible and when I click on the invisible one the game shuts down automatically. The weirdest part is that this accures on all three 'floors' with the boxes in the corresponding second box from the left.
