LAN: Reconnecting guests will find themselves in the host's dimension

Wi-Fi/Bluetooth LAN only.

A guest player that disconnected in the Nether will respawn at his Nether coordinates but on the Overworld if the host is on Overworld.

NOT CONFIRMED: In a logical way, players in the Overworld will respawn at their Overworld coordinates in the Nether if the host is in the Nether.
