The bug does not happen but the sound appears now and then

Sounds are there on my Asus B121 Tablet Touch & pen enabled, Win10 Pro (64-bit) build 10240, MCPE 0.13.0. Sometimes they do not load for one side of the portal, but most of the time they do and when they don't load, moving away and moving back fixes it.
