minecarts disappear stop and reverse directions even when chunk aligned.

I am also having an issue with minecarts disappearing. When the chunk loads, especially in the Nether, you may get bumped out of the cart, and it is gone. We save and quit every time to ensure any updates can go thru. I have a PS4 on version 1.16.100, Bedrock Edition. Any luck and help would be great. Thank you.
