Ghasts stay in 'attacking' animation for too long

Usually, when a ghast switches to its attacking animation and fires off a fireball immediately after. However on bedrock, there is a chance for them to be in this animation for too long or even get stuck and not fire at all. Below is an image of a ghast that has been in this state for over a minute.
