I went on the the marketplace to buy something, but my minecoins were gone. I know i didn't buy anything

Same issue with my account and both of my children's accounts. all of our minecoins are gone and it shows zero.

Issues such as these are often due to a temporary service outage, and are handled by the team outside the bug tracker.
