When i drop items on an Hopper with an chest avobe or any block what don't have a full hitbox, the hopper don't absorb the items but if you break the block avobe him if it absorb

However, this issue is Working as Intended.
The report you have submitted is working as intended: Previously there was a bug, tracked as MCPE-80555, where a hopper could pick up items with a chest above, but that was fixed in 1.16.100.
Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
