Tried to sign in for several days but I keep getting this message "Failed to login. We tried to sign you in to your Microsoft account but something went wrong".I have tried multiple solutions and still have this problem on my Amazon fire 8 tablet. How do I fix this?

Are you still having this issue in 1.16.210? If so, what is the exact message shown now (or just attach a new screenshot)?
This ticket has been temporarily closed as Awaiting Response. It will automatically reopen when you add information. Tickets that do not contain enough information may be closed as Incomplete.
