Gonna need more details than that. Are you talking latency or low FPS? What Android phone/tablet are you using? A Model Number would be incredibly useful. I'm using a OnePlus 6T to play Minecraft and it runs just fine, no lag here. Have you considered the possibility that your phone isn't powerful enough to play a game like Minecraft?
Don't really have an Xbox to test that - but the platform marked for this bug report was for Android, that's why I focused on Android. In the context of this specific bug report, and absent any other details, I can say that this is likely not a Minecraft issue, but likely an issue of OP's device, as I do not experience this issue on my own Android device.
