Villagers Flying Out Of Their Beds

I created a villager breeder and noticed that every time a villager went to sleep they would end up flying out of the room and out into the distance. Some of my villagers don't do this though until I walk on top of their bed/ nudge them while they're sleeping. I noticed that some of my villagers were also just disappearing. This may have been because it was badly lit or maybe they despawned or something of such but I just wanted to report it.
