Re-buying

Ok so I got Minecraft. I bought it. Next thing I know I have to pay to reinstall it. The settings I already used and they don't work at all. And even then I try to atleast get Minecraft on pc using my Microsoft account because it said you can switch to any device. Like this is nonsense. I just want to switch my goddam devices and even install it without having to rebuy it. Like I don't want to uninstall Minecraft in constant depression having to watch the game having buy not install. My phone runs out of space, I reinstall Minecraft then boom, no more Minecraft, live in depression please kill me. The behaviour of every single person that has been lied to. Write down something true not fake. It's annoying. Please resolve it.
