Is this just me or Minecraft Bedrock won't download on my computer? It's mainly DirectX. I have it installed but it doesnt specify it. Help me out lol. I use DirectX 12, Does it only support DirectX 11??

YES! I'm having the exact same problem, I thought I was the only one with the problem. I also have DirectX 12, and it says the exact same thing for me. The only difference between our cases is that this happened to me after I accidentally uninstalled minecraft.
