[MCPE-108838] Redstone don’t activate some dispensers

In particular, you can't put mobs in a dispenser

The screenshot shows a spawn egg did not spawn a mob from the dispenser for some of them

Observed Result

The Redstone cannot spawn mobs from certain Redstone directions

Expected Result

Redstone spawns mobs from all dispenser

I put some mobs inside the middle dispenser and it did not work its in hard difficulty

We can still experience this issue yet.. but also i need to be new reporter to update it

I need a better screenshot of the redstone circuit, I can't see it clearly.

I cannot reproduce this on 1.18, This appears to be fixed
