Several bugs after update

1. The grindstone removed the enchantments, but did not remove prior work penalty. This error has appeared several times. Here is an image. I was trying to use anvil to enchant boots after placing it in the grindstone. The enchanted book had 0 penalty since it was just bought from the villager. It shouldn't cost that much EXP.

2. When putting one item with no enchantments in the grindstone, there are no output items in the right column. (not sure if it's a bug)

3. Villagers sometimes teleport quickly.

4. When you go near a villager in bed, they shift(fly) strangely.

5. Terrible lags on mobs.

6. After destroyed a block with fire on it, there were invisible fire which means it hurts players and animals, you can see yourself burning too, but can't see any fire on the ground at all. Other blocks can also be set on fire when place them in the previous position.

Note: There have been lots of bugs after installed 1.16.100 which didn't appear in 1.16.40.
