Whenever I open a Chest, Crafting Table, Furnace, or ANYTHING else. The blocks stop rendering from a certain point and either Minecraft is delayed, Minecraft crashes, or You'll need to restart your game (Crashes when you close the game) and It's annoying.

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter). Also try to add any more informations such as it is now we are not able to reproduce this problem.
