Current settings:
Phone [A] static IP: 192.168.1.8
Router:Forward (19100-65535) ports to 192.168.1.8
Phone [A] friends can join Phone [A] world.
Phone [B] friends can't join Phone [B] world, because they are connected to the same WiFi and
Router can't forward the same ports to two diff IP at the same time.
NOTE:
Before: I could run up to 4 servers at the same time without problems.

NEW_FEATURE: if you want to play with others you have to be friends.
RESPONCE: All the Versions that don't have NEW_FEATURE.
The Issue remains because MC doesn't follow the UPNP rules when opening ports.
NOTE:
I have set up an UPNP server to feed all upnp error codes, but MC ignores them all.
#There is 1 case where this is a BIG problem:
if MC chooses a port which is already in use, then nobody can join the game.
