trying to redownload the same minecraft we had before and we cant find it or we are being charged to download it again. we had to get a new pc and we need help resolving this issue

Had to get a new pc just want to play the same game that we have all been playing everyone in our family plays on the same edition. I am no longer sure what it is we all had/have but would like to have it back without having to purchase it again

This is a technical support issue; this site is for bug reports only.

As long as everyone updates to the latest non-beta versions as they are released you should all be able to play together. If you are having issues with moving to a new PC, please contact Community Support for assistance.
