[MCPE-109650] When Standing under a Half-Slab you are in Underwater Vision Mode

When Standing against an Upside down waterlogged Half-Slab that is above the Playe's head, it puts you in Underwater Vision Mode. Best seen when you are levetating in Creative Mode.
