My character will not stop moving, due to this I lost a diamond sword and pick to lava. This has happened several times on vanilla Minecraft on normal difficulty. Most times I have been able to stop moving. But this time I wasn't.

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If yes, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter)?
