Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Enchant an item several times.

  2. Put the item on the grindstone.

  3. Enchant the item again.

Observed Results:

It cost more experience than expected.

The prior work penalty history is not reset.

Expected Results:

It should cost appropriate experience.

 

Note: This problem took place in 1.16.100 which was not fixed in 1.16.200.
