When I jump in two block high spaces, I glitch into the block above my head and start taking suffocation damage!
(I am not part of the beta so I cannot test it there)

I had run into a wall with elytra in the world but not recently. Other people in the world also were having this issue who had not run into a wall with elytra. I had also not encountered this issue

Just tested it: I just get stuck in the block above my head when I jump and it does suffocate me even if there is an air block above the block

Between the time after taking damage flying into a wall with an elytra and before experiencing the bug, did you fly/swim/do anything that can change your hitbox?

Yes I did swim/fly/change my hitbox before experiencing this bug

Fall damage was off in the world so I didn't actually take damage from flying into a wall but that might not matter
