When I join a server or my worlds my resource packs won't load at all

what types of resource pack?
this most likely has to do with most of texture packs no longer show as they did before because of the new render update in 1.16.200, this doesnt mean there is an issue with MC but rather the resource packs needs to be updated after the most recent update.
