[MCPE-11071] Invert Look Function Not Functional

Phone is a Motorola Droid MAXX. The invert look function on the controls screen doesn't invert the Y-axis. It doesn't matter which position the toggle switch for this option is in it simply doesn't work!!! It did work on older versions.

Please try to search before you post a new issue. Almost half of the new tickets are resolved as duplicates that could easily have been found in a quick search.
