[MCPE-11076] Unable to connect to local multiplayer worlds

I can't join my brother's multiplayer worlds on WiFi, even though they show up. It tells me that it is "unable to connect to world". Also, when I do get in, I am disconnected in less than 5 minutes. This is going to get real annoying...

As I saw in his bug report, he said that the LAN wouldn't even show. Also, we have different versions. There report's is affecting 0.12.1, and mine is 0.12.2. (It just isn't an option)
