[MCPE-11108] Experience Points Not Droping

When a mob is killed by potions, it doesn't drop experience points. 😞

I can confirm this on Windows 10 Beta Edition. It's very annoying and discourages the use of splash potions all together. They also don't drop items when killed by splash potions.
