Hello, Mojang Studios.
This problem (I think I can call it so) exists since were added ability to change language(in mcpe 0.11.0)
Cyrrilic fonts looks so small and ugly unlike standart mojangles fonts, that used by other languages.
Maybe it's not big problem, but in Java Edition this thing was fixed long time ago, and its not big deal to prove it on Bedrock Edition too I presume. I'll really thank you, if you make cyrillic font beautifull, like others.
At the screenshots you can see difference with english and russian
