[MCPE-11129] Not a duplicate. Invert look function not functioning

I submitted this bug prior. Issue has not been resolved. I even tried it on my new phone, same problem. The invert look option in the controls menu doesn't invert the Y axis. I tried everything I can think of to resolve it. Uninstalled and reinstalled also.
