I'm getting the same on Xbox 1 on Bedrock. Also some craftable items, flower pots for sure but possibly others, can no longer be crafted.
I would have reported separately but the version number [1.16.201] isn't accepted by your bug report page.

Level 1 trades on cured villagers are reduced slightly but not at full discount. Level 2+ trades are as they should be (1 emerald or item cost per trade). See picture below.
Farmers do not trade pumpkins. The option is there but despite having pumpkins in my inventory, they will not accept them. See picture below.

I have checked a few others now and it appears some traders are affected more than others, depending on profession. and trades. My butcher would trade me 1 pork for 1 emerald but when changed him to chicken he wanted 8 chicken for an emerald. Is this an intended nerf on trading?
