[MCPE-11193] Compass in Hotbar direction is different than in hand

When I selected the compass in my hotbar, it pointed in a slightly different direction than in my hand. This did not happen in 0.12.2. Only once I had updated to 0.12.3

Possibly an iOS specific bug?

I just checked on a Samsung Galaxy S4 Android 5.0.1 MCPE 0.12.3 creative and survival single player, and my compass in hand was pointing in the same direction as the compass in hotbar.

Will check win10 when I'm near my tablet again.

On Windows 10 Edition, it is fine. Probably iOS specific.

Cannot reproduce. Tested on iPad mini.
